Caldes can take one-off or regular payments for software by credit card or debit card.
Caldes use WorldPay to take payments from your credit or debit card. We do not hold any credit card details ourselves. These are all stored with Worldpay and not us, so that you can be assured of total privacy and security. Worldpay is one of the worlds leading secure, international sites for taking online payments. If you do not want to use a credit card or debit card, please contact us and you can pay the first installment by cheque followed by standing order.
Set up your regular payments now:
In order to set up regular payments for Caldes Software using a credit or debit card, please enter the monthly amount in the box below and click 'Create Regular Monthly Payments' to continue. You will be taken to a secure page on the Worldpay site to enter the rest of your details.
The first payment will be taken on the next working day, and on the same day of each subsequent month. Please contact us direct should you wish to amend your payment or cancel your order. You will also be sent an email with details on how you can do this yourselves.

PAYMENTS OF OVER £1,000 MUST BE MADE BY CHEQUE OR BANK TRANSFER.
Refunds Policy:
Cooling off period You have 28 days from the placement of an order via this page to cancel your order. You will then be refunded the payment made for that period. If you do not cancel within this period it is assumed that you are happy with the product and will continue to use it until we are otherwise advised in writing.
Faulty Items The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order or return an item do not affect your right to reject faulty goods. Further information can be found at www.consumerdirect.gov.uk. If you do receive a faulty item, please contact us.
Exclusions Please note certain items cannot be returned, unless Caldes is at fault. These are items customised by for you as the customer specifically. Items that have been used for commercial gain can not be returned.
Returning Goods If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them (where applicable) until you return them. Please telephone us if you would like to return your order. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within the cooling off period and they can not have been used for commercial gain.
There are no other conditions under which money will be returned.
