Commercial Agency Software features include support for energy performance certificates, exports to all leading commercial property portals, matching, mailing by email and post, contact relationship management, outlook synchronisation (Enterprise only), brochure and PDF creation, standard letters, diary, website integration and website content management. 

The 'Caldes Mobile App ' provides access to the same information whilst on the move.

All properties can be broken down into different jobs and screens can vary according to property type and job type (e.g. show eaves height for warehouses.)
