Caldes Development Valuer XP is possibly the leading Windows based property development appraisal software program in the UK. The software can be used for appraising residential, commercial and mixed use building plots / sites. Once a project is on site, it can also be used to manage the on going project and view budget against actual figures.

Caldes Development Valuer includes a back of envelope set-up wizard. From here it leads directly to a WYSIWYG appraisal and cash flow. Change items directly in the cash flow if necessary and they feed back to the appraisal. 3-way sensitivity analysis and cash time line graphs can be produced.
The system is constantly updated to market standards as demanded by Developers, Banks, Agents, Construction companies and other property professionals. HOW DOES IT WORK?
Firstly you add your key details into the software, via the Development Setup-Wizard. This is very much 'Back-of-envelope' figures at this stage. This produces a front page appraisal summary, including income, construction costs, fees, other costs, finance and totals. Simply double click on any item to drill down to finer details including a schedule of units and a full cash flow. It can also run sensitivity analyses and produce graphs.
