Website content management software

This website is entirely run by our content management software, including all of the menus and sub menus and an automatically generated sitemap.  Changing text on this page takes seconds.  Hits to all pages and properties are tracked and reportable on.  There is also full integration between email mailshots, the website and the back-office.  Whilst this may sound complex, in reality this provides a powerful solution not available to non-Caldes agents.

Our website content management software is split up in to 4 areas: Static content, searchable content, applicant registration and back-office reporting

Area 1 - Static content

You can change static content, like this web page, from a simple to use system where each file is listed.  You click on the file that you want to change then edit, just like writing a letter.  Standard fonts and styles can be applied, or you can add your own formatting. See a screenshot below of this page being edited.

Area 2 - Searchable content

Dynamic content will traditionally be your property listings.  This is information that is regularly changing and can be searched by your vistor.  You simply add your property information to the back office using a 'wizard' check list, then tick a box and the property is on your website. Dynamic content will usually consist of:

  • Search options
  • Search results
  • Property details
  • PDF download

Area 3 - Two-way interactivity

Two-way interactive content is where a visitor is able to interact with the website.  For instance:

-> An applicant registers on your website for property updates.

<- The system can then automatically update them by email as new properties which match their requirements are added.

-> You then track which properties they are interested in and contact them if necessary

-> They then contact you regarding a specific property and request a viewing online

<- You follow up the viewing and hopefully sell or let the property.

By integrating your website fully with your back office system, the ability to manage your applicants efficiently becomes effortless.

Further examples of this include the ability to allow clients to log in to their own reports or for solicitors to update you and your client on the progress of a sale.

Area 4 - Back office reporting

When people visit your website you need to be able to track which pages they are visiting.  Our system provides full tracking and reporting of visitors hits and downloads of property details.

Please contact us if you have a website content management enquiry.
