Property Contact Relationship Management (CRM)

If you have been looking to purchase CRM software then you will have noticed that none of the products available work side-by-side with property information, owners, tenants, landlords etc.

Our CRM system is fully integrated with our property database system.  It can be used on its own (we use it and we don't hold property information,) or fully integrated with properties and jobs.

Our property CRM system allows you to define contact categories and category groups.  You can then mark up contacts within these groups.  You can also define rules, such as if someone is in a particular group then you must pick a sub category too.

Users can also build relationships between different contacts and to staff, so that contacts can have 'owners' and 'known-to' staff.

Our CRM system is people based and then company based, so that you can mailshot individuals based upon what they do.  This therefore makes your mailing targeted.

You can either report on contacts or mailshot them by email, post or SMS text message (optional extra.)

The CRM capabilities are easy to use and fully integrated with agency.

You can also rank contacts with between 1 and 5 stars, where 5 stars is say a hot lead and 1 is cold.
