However the Caldes property workflow and process management system turns your database into a proactive and reactive tool.  Instead of looking for things or working out where to store information, the system guides you through the processes required to achieve a goal.  This can be a step-by-step guide, such as a check list, or something more complex, such as all the elements required to sell or let a property, including standard letters, follow up calls etc. This is a fully integrated module found within our 'Contour' property database system. 

Processes can be colour coded according to what stage they have reached.  One click will take you to the full history of a process.  When you first visit your process screen you are presented with everything overdue.  You can then look at everything due and then everything pending.  If you want to move something forward to a later date you can do this with a single click.

You can pass processes to other staff or block specific staff or groups from moving processes on.  Their only option is to pass the process to someone else.

You can own processes but have other people down to action them and be alerted to all processes that you own that are overdue so that you can take back control if necessary.

Processes can split and then come back together again, with all paths requiring completion before moving on.

All processes are date and time stamped, can be linked to properties, contacts, diaries and tasks within the Caldes 'Contour' system.

As with our CRM module, the process management system is one of the only products that is fully integrated within a web based property system.
