Faulty Items
The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order or return an item do not affect your right to reject faulty goods. Further information can be found at www.consumerdirect.gov.uk. If you do receive a faulty item, please contact us.

Exclusions
Please note certain items cannot be returned, unless Caldes is at fault. These are items customised by for you as the customer specifically.  Items that have been used for commercial gain cannot be returned.  This price excludes network licenses.

Returning Goods
If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them (where applicable) until you return them. Please telephone us if you would like to return your order.  Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within the cooling off period of 28 days and cannot have been used for commercial gain, even if the bid was unsuccessful.  Therefore we recommend that you only buy the system following our free trial period and with a full understanding of the above conditions.

There are no other conditions under which money will be returned.
