The following screen shots show the process of licensing of a single license of Caldes Development Valuer. This can only be done once a license has been paid for. For network licenses, please contact Caldes.

|Screen 1. When you see this message, click No.|
|Screen 2. When you see this message press Yes.|
|Screen 3. Admin password. Caldes will give this to you. This password will begin with a 'C' and is NOT case sensitive.|
|Screen 4. Press Yes.|
|Screen 5. Call us and tell us the code number shown. This will begin with the letter A. This must be done live, over the phone, because the number changes each time. If you are installing more than one license the number will be different each time. Note that this number will expire within a few minutes so you will need to do this during office hours.|
|Screen 6. From the A code above, Caldes will give you back an 18 digit pass number. This changes each time and so there is no need to write it down as it cannot be used again.|
|Screen 7. All being well you should then see this screen. If not then you need to follow on screen instructions. Press OK.|
|Screen 8. Change the tab at the top to Finish Setup and then Press 'Quit CALdes'. Once out, start the software again and check that the password has held. If it has then you should go straight to screen 7. If not then see the Troubleshooting section of our website, by clicking here.|
