HOW DOES IT WORK?
Firstly you add your key details into the software, via the Development Setup-Wizard. This is very much 'Back-of-envelope' figures at this stage. This produces a front page appraisal summary, including income, construction costs, fees, other costs, finance and totals. Simply double click on any item to drill down to finer details including a schedule of units and a full cash flow. It can also run sensitivity analyses and produce graphs. A full PDF manual and a PDF quick guide are provided with the software or full training can be given.
