Property Invoicing and Recoverables management software
This module is part of the Caldes Enterprise software. All work is both Job and Client driven, which means that you can store multiple jobs against the same property. When a cost is made against a job it can be recorded as a recoverable. When an invoice is raised (either using the Caldes invoicing system or your own) the recoverable is highlighted so that no costs that you have made will be forgotten.
In addion to recoverables, the Caldes software can produce PDF invoices for you, along with your own logo, terms etc. and includes reports or export options.
