This module is part of the Caldes Enterprise software. All properties added will have one or more job and also have contacts and staff associated with each job. Simply pick a day and add in the time / cost that you have spent against each job / client. This might be a time charge, mileage or some other cost.
Each member of staff can have a fixed rate per type of charge, which can then be changed per item. At the end of the period charged for a simple report can be produced identifying the total cost to the client.
