This module is part of the Caldes Enterprise software and leads on naturally from the agency department once a property or investment has been sold. A full breakdown of the sale is entered into a structured screen, including all floors, prices, areas, contacts and dates.
This information is of course fully searchable and a comparable report can be produced. This can be restricted to single departments or used across a large company and allows you to filter by clients, dates and time frames.
In addition to creating one-off reports, Surveyors can quickly and easily set up bespoke alerts. These are available as a 'Quick Link' from your home page, so that all relevant opportunities readily accessible.
